Our pasteurization facility is Safe Quality Food (SQF) certified and compliant with the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI certification). In addition to the food standard, the site also maintains Export, Kosher and Halal certification on an annual basis.
The fully automated pasteurising and cleaning in place system with robust fail-safe mechanisms, helps us ensure the quality of the liquid egg is consistent and compliant with the industry and our customer requirements.
Kinross Farm food safety compliance exceeds the regulatory testing requirement for our final product. We test every single batch for Salmonella and Standard Plate Count via a National Association of Testing Authorities accredited laboratory.
